6. MORE. DAYS!!!
I’m driving down to Orlando from Austin with my mom on Thursday, and our plans are to enjoy an evening on Epcot the night before check-in. And of course, being 21, what better way to enjoy Epcot than to drink around the world? Here are the Top 6 alcoholic areas from Epcot that we have to try at least once:
Compared to other areas, Norway doesn’t offer as much alcohol-wise, unless it’s winter and you need some caffeine on the side with your alcohol! It’s going to be a long day for me, so I’ll need some delicious Viking Coffee to wake me up and oh by the way not miss out on the booze.
Some people prefer the dark German stout beers, but I’ve always been more of a light fruity beer person myself. Enter Schofferhoffer, the GRAPEFRUIT beer that is delicious as well as alcohol-licious! Not to mention Germany is the home of so many notable liquors, it would be an extreme disservice not to stop by!
Italy is the home of amaretto, limoncello, and strega, to name a few. So, how can we not visit? Not to mention the Rococco architecture of the Italian buildings are breathtaking, and among my favorite architecture designs of all time. Better yet, there’s a hilarious performance right in the middle of the square. So we get wine and a show!
Sake. ‘Nuff said.
Sure, France has wine, but last I heard the alcoholic slushes are the perfect treat in the Florida heat, and especially since the Viking Coffee would wear out by this point, I’d need all the energy I can get.
And last, but certainly not least…
United Kingdom 🇬🇧
The crown jewel of Epcot, the triumph of the United Kingdom, and my personal favorite Epcot restaurant: the Rose & Crown Pub! What doesn’t this place have – they’ve got beer, wine, food, and mixed pints for days. It’s the ideal end to Drinking Around the World and the perfect end to a night to remember before checking in to the College Program.
What are your favorite places to drink at Epcot?
