Disney College Program – 2nd and 3rd month!

My reaction to some guests:

Aloha, everybody, I have crawled out of the Disney mafia once again! Why Disney mafia? Because once you join, you can never really leave. I may have accidentally forgot about February and I realized that I missed March by a few days, but I am here now and I am ready to celebrate this Mickey Mouse Monday!

So, what’s been happening during February and March that’s been so hectic? Well, after working my butt off during February, I started off March by moving to a different apartment. (Long story short, the roomie situation didn’t work out)
Then, I began to get really excited because two of my favorite people on this planet came down for an entire week!

My dad and brother flew down from Colorado and we spent every possible second together. Above is our photo at ‘Ohana (where I just so happen to work) and we had a great birthday dinner for Cooper!

Afterwards, the entire week we spent between Disney and Universal, trying Dole Whips for the first time and greeting one of the raptors at Jurassic Park (nobody was harmed during the making of that photo).

In addition, I have signed up for the Dark Side Half Marathon on April 23rd and have been training with a good training plan set by my good buddy back in College Station. We’re now officially less than a month away and I can definitely run with a good pace. Still gonna die cause I’m not a runner, so if that’s the case, why run a half marathon?

Well, I am not going to have the ability to run Disney style after this college program is over. I’ll be back in Texas doing my thing, and paying for a resort plus park days plus the marathon adds up to quite a pretty penny. While I’m here on the program, I only have to pay the marathon fee and I’m golden!

We’re starting to hit the home stretch for the college program, and I haven’t been able to do as much off my bucket list as I wanted…yet. But I’ve still got about two or so months left so just have to make the most of it!
